In our first session, I will listen to your story and objectively help to identify your goals and what you need from the next five sessions. We will create a collaborative plan for your to achieve your goals. In session two, we will create the step by step process. Sessions three and four will consist of you starting the steps and receiving feedback and suggestions. Session five will be assessing how the plan is proceeding and what additional tools are needed based on what has presented itself. In session six, we will enlarge your plan and set you up to move forward for independent success.
